Ben German

Ben German currently serves as the Director of Operations Excellence at Crowley, overseeing teams in Data Quality, Data Science, Process Engineering, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held positions at Baptist Health, including Manager of System Data Analytics and Data Integration Architect, from December 2020 to July 2022. Ben's earlier experience includes various leadership roles at Allegheny Health Network, such as Senior Project Manager in Strategic Analytics and Vice President of Patient Access Services, and positions at Huron, culminating as Care Access Manager. Ben obtained a Master of Science in Computational Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Program of Liberal Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
