Caro Smith

Caro is the Head of Center of Excellence at Aimpoint Digital. Caro brings 9+ years of expertise in data analytics and management and leading teams to provide timely, efficient, and effective solutions. She has a passion for problem-solving, finding creative solutions, and streamlining processes for maximized accuracy and productivity.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Caro worked as the Associate Director of Data Efficiency at Walden University, where she created the department and saved the university more than 3000 hours of staff work a year, and expanded the data available to the university through advanced analytics and self-service dashboards. Additionally, she created and oversaw technical training for faculty and staff.

Caro earned a BA in History and Political Science from St. Olaf College, a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota, and a Master’s in Intelligence Studies from American Military University.
