Conor Carlucci

Conor Carlucci is a seasoned professional in corporate strategy and business development, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy at Crowley since April 2025. Prior to this role, Conor spent over four years at Innosight, a leading strategy and innovation consulting firm, where responsibilities included Engagement Manager and various associate positions. Conor's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Business & Corporate Development at Amplify Education, Inc., a venture-backed ed-tech startup, and an Analyst at MIAC, a software solutions provider for valuation and risk management. Conor holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics and English from Brown University.
