Lyman Hawbaker III

Lyman Hawbaker III has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2005, they worked at Mike Ives Realty as a Facilities Management staff until 2008. From 2006 to 2008, they were also self-employed as an Independent Contractor. In 2011, they took on a Summer Analyst role at Deutsche Bank in the Private Equity division. Lyman then joined Deutsche Bank as an Assistant Vice President in the Private Equity & Private Markets division from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, Lyman joined iCapital as an Assistant Vice President, moving up to Vice President in 2019. Between 2019 and 2021, they served as Vice President and Chief of Staff. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Senior Vice President in Corporate Development before becoming the Co-Head and later the Head of Corporate Development as a Managing Director.

Lyman Hawbaker III pursued their education starting from 2008 to 2010 at Normandale Community College. During this time, they completed an Associate's degree in Accounting & Economics. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they continued their academic journey at Cornell University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
