James Hamilton

James Hamilton is an experienced financial executive and independent director with a robust background in the transportation sector. Currently serving as Audit Committee Chairman for both Crowley and FTAI Infrastructure Inc., as well as a member of the Board of Directors for Ingram Industries, Hamilton's previous roles include managing director at JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities encompassed global client coverage in investment banking transportation. Hamilton also holds prior experience in academia as an assistant professor at the United States Merchant Marine Academy and served honorably as a lieutenant commander in the US Naval Reserves. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
