Jeffrey Jönsson is an award-winning Process Developer and U.S. Coast Guard Veteran with over 24 years of experience in Operational Management and Process Development. Currently serving as the Director of Fleet Support and Process Engineer at Crowley, Jeffrey leads initiatives aimed at achieving corporate strategic objectives through process optimization and efficiency improvements. Previously, during their time with the U.S. Coast Guard, Jeffrey coordinated over 5,500 missions, developed a multi-agency emergency management response system, and earned recognition as the 9th District Employee of the Year. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Southern New Hampshire University.
