Melissa Serridge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at Crowley since May 2019, Melissa previously held leadership roles at TOTE Services, Inc., where responsibilities included Director of HR & Labor Relations and Human Resources Manager from April 2014 to April 2019.
