Teo Cardenas is an accomplished transportation specialist with extensive experience in carrier compliance and relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Transportation Specialist and Carrier Compliance Specialist at Crowley since March 2021, Teo focuses on building strong carrier relationships through meticulous data collection and reporting metrics, along with managing carrier on-boarding and ongoing vetting processes. Prior to this role, Teo worked as a Senior Transportation Specialist at Reliance Partners from August 2017 to April 2021 and held the position of VP of Sales. Teo holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hillsborough Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Florida.
