Crowley
Otero serves Crowley as vice president and controller. He has more than two decades of experience in financial and general management across various organizations within Crowley. In his current role, Otero is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating accounting operational functions, an overall oversight of internal control systems, and managing the accumulation of financial data necessary for accurate financial reporting to all stakeholders.
Prior to joining Crowley in 1998, Otero worked at Deloitte & Touche, an accounting firm, for several years. Otero holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida.
