Vyctorya Beatriz Lima Silva has a diverse work experience. Vyctorya Beatriz started their career as an Estudiante de Derecho in 2017 and worked in that role until September 2021. Then, they joined iurecloud as CEO&Cofundadora, where they developed a CRM system for lawyers to improve work-life balance. In 2021, they also worked for Katibi Abogados, creating advertising campaigns for Facebook and managing social media.

In 2022, Vyctorya joined Todoextranjeria.es and served as a Pensando en comer at Pensando en Comer. Vyctorya Beatriz also had a brief role at Xebelt. Later, they worked at Lanzadera's startup acceleration program.

In 2022, Vyctorya joined Crowmie, where they held multiple roles. Vyctorya Beatriz served as an Inbound Marketing Specialist, focusing on SEO, content creation, and competition analysis.
