Joel Krutz

Joel Krutz serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Crown Electrokinetics, a NASDAQ-listed smart-glass technology company, since March 2021. Prior to this role, Joel held several key positions at ViacomCBS from January 2003 to January 2021, including Chief Financial Officer of ViacomCBS Networks International, where leadership was extended over a global team and a $2.5 billion portfolio. Other notable roles at Viacom CBS included Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Vice President of Financial Operations & Compliance, where significant contributions were made to enhance financial operations and compliance across global markets. Joel holds an executive education certificate from Harvard Business School, is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and is an alumnus of The University of Waikato.
