Sean Madanipour's work experience begins in 2006 at Smart Medical Technologies, where they worked as a Project Engineer and Design Engineer, focusing on the design and development of biomedical, mechanical, and laboratory instruments. In 2008, they joined Bal Seal Engineering as a Project Engineer, managing the Sygnus™ Medical Electronic Contact System project. From 2013 to 2017, Sean worked at Acelity, where they held roles such as Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Global Strategic Marketing Manager, with accomplishments including managing a product portfolio with $70MM annual global revenue and achieving over 50% YOY growth. Sean then joined Allergan as the Associate Director of Marketing and later became the Director of Marketing. In 2020, Sean transitioned to AbbVie following their acquisition of Allergan, where they served as the Director and later Executive Director of Marketing for Allergan Aesthetics. Sean'sresponsibilities included overseeing downstream professional and consumer marketing strategy, managing a $10M marketing budget, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive incremental growth. In 2022, they founded Medolution Consulting LLC, serving as the Founder and CEO before joining Crown Aesthetics in 2023 as the Vice President of Marketing.

Sean Madanipour holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management, with a focus on Marketing & Entrepreneurship. Sean also earned a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering - Premedical from UC San Diego.
