Alex Lambeth

Alex Lambeth has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alex currently serves as the Head of Public Affairs at Crown Agents Bank since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Development Officer at Invest Africa Ltd, where they were responsible for directing and building the company's consultancy and project management services. Alex also oversaw collaboration with the European Commission and UK Government on major Africa trade and investment development projects. Alex has also worked as a Consultant and Chief Operating Officer at Invest Africa Ltd.

Before joining Invest Africa Ltd, Alex worked as a Principal/Senior Consultant at Man Bites Dog - The Strategic Ideas Company from June 2018 to July 2019. Alex also served as the Director - Middle East, Africa, and South East Asia at British Expertise International from March 2012 to December 2015.

Alex's earlier work experience includes roles as the Projects and Government Relations Manager at The Middle East Association and as a Middle East-Special Projects member at UK Trade & Investment.

From 2004 to 2007, Alex attended the University of Cambridge and completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Theology and Religious Studies.

In 2007, Alex pursued further studies at the University of Oxford and obtained a Master's degree (Mst) in the Study of Religions, which was completed in 2008.

In 2016, Alex took a short course at the University of London, specifically at Heythrop College, focusing on Environmental Change, Sustainable Development, and Global Ethics.

Most recently, in 2020 and 2021, Alex attended SOAS University of London, where they obtained an Individual Professional Award in Macroeconomic Policy & Financial Markets.
