Paul Idem is a Technical Analyst at Crown Agents, with experience in procuring IT equipment and resolving complex hardware and application issues. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Service Desk Analyst at C. Hoare & Co. Paul holds a Postgraduate Degree in Information Systems from the University of West London and a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing Web Design from the University of Northampton.
