Liz Romano, CSP, CIT, ASP, serves as the Corporate Director of Environmental, Health & Safety at Crown Bakeries since May 2023, and as the Disability Compliance Director at Modyfi since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading compliance programs for a multidisciplinary Telehealth practice. Previous roles include Environmental Health Safety & Security Manager at PepsiCo, Environmental, Health & Safety leader at McMaster-Carr, and various EHS leadership positions at General Electric, where notable achievements include leading sites to OSHA VPP Star recertifications and receiving a Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Clearwater. Liz holds multiple certifications and degrees, including a Certificate in Ergonomics and Human Factors from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Safety Engineering from Columbia Southern University.
