Jackie Herman

Jackie Herman serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Crown Bank since 2023, where leadership includes overseeing significant infrastructure transformations across various departments to enhance growth and shareholder value. In addition to this role, Jackie is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Crown Bank and a Board Member at Afton Press and the NACD Minnesota Chapter, as well as a member of the Private Directors Association®. Prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Flagship Bank Minnesota from 2010 to 2023, where responsibilities encompassed multiple facets of governance and operations, and serving as a Corporate Secretary. Jackie has also contributed to organizations such as the ICBA and the Minnesota Bankers Association through various leadership positions. Education credentials include a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Finance and Banking.
