Christine Hebor

Christine Hebor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business readiness and strategic management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Readiness for the Network Team at Crown Castle since September 2015. Christine's leadership involves managing a team focused on learning and communications within a large organization and implementing learning initiatives across the Network Engineering and Operations division. Prior to Crown Castle, Christine held various roles at GlaxoSmithKline, including Strategic Capabilities and Performance Manager, where critical marketing capabilities were developed, and Business Improvement Manager, focusing on process optimization. Christine holds an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, along with project management credentials from the Project Management Institute.
