Dr. Anke Julia Sanders, PhD, is an accomplished learning designer and educator with extensive experience in talent development and instructional design. Currently serving as Principal Learning Designer at Crown Castle, Dr. Sanders previously held positions at Amazon, where expertise in learning solutions and talent management was developed. Dr. Sanders also worked at BTS Custom Digital Learning, focusing on innovative learning approaches, and has a strong background in open educational resources and language learning from roles at the Center for Open Educational Resources and Language Learning and TransPerfect. With a PhD in Educational Psychology and a track record of successful program management in higher education, Dr. Sanders is dedicated to enhancing learning and development through strategic and measurable solutions.
