Inna Nill

Inna Nill has over two decades of experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as the Head of DevOps & Application Performance Management at Crown Castle since February 2012. In this role, Inna established the DevOps strategy for the company's Digital Transformation, successfully transitioning from on-prem to cloud-first strategies including Azure and AWS. Previous positions include IT Software Systems Manager at Crown Castle, where Inna led the establishment of a DevOps strategy in an Agile SAFe environment, and Development Manager at Frontline Software Solutions, overseeing the flagship healthcare management product. Inna's career began as a Software Engineer and includes roles at notable companies such as Quest Software and Management Science Associates. Inna holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
