Joseph Seles

Joseph Seles has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Regional Director of Project Management, RF Engineering, and DAS/Venue Implementation at Crown Castle since August 2015. In this role, Joseph leads a program management team focused on delivering projects on schedule and within budget while managing customer expectations. Previous positions at Crown Castle include Director of Implementation for Wireless Small Cell Deployment and Manager of Regional Support Services, where Joseph oversaw large teams and drove PMO initiatives. Prior to Crown Castle, Joseph worked at Verizon for a decade in various roles, including Manager of Customer Operations and Senior Analyst/Operations Quality Trainer, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and quality improvements. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences/Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
