Mandy Hebert

Mandy Hebert is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in managing transactions, developing process improvements, and coordinating teams across multiple departments. Currently serving as the Manager of Real Estate at Crown Castle since September 2014, Mandy oversees a transaction support team and liaises with over 18 closing vendors to ensure efficient transactions. Previously, as a Real Estate Project Manager, significant contributions were made in streamlining processes and reducing document turnaround times. Mandy's earlier roles include Senior Transaction Specialist at Crown Castle, Paralegal at Locke Lord LLP, and Real Estate Paralegal at Hughes, Watters and Askanase Houston, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal and real estate processes. Mandy holds a Paralegal Certificate from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and an Associate in Arts in General Studies from Alvin Community College.
