Kathleen Kuchak has extensive experience in leasing and property management within the retail real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing at Peddler's Village since September 2018, Kathleen oversees the leasing of 65 shops and 16 apartments, manages tenant relationships, and handles budgeting and lease negotiations, including the acquisition of Penn's Purchase. Concurrently, Kathleen works as a Property Manager and Leasing Director at Gerland Properties, LLC. Previous experience includes positions at Simon Property Group as Specialty Leasing Manager, where skills in creative business development and negotiation were honed, and at PREIT as Regional Director of Specialty Leasing, with a focus on multi-site management. During tenure at The Rouse Company, Kathleen managed specialty leasing across regional shopping centers. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing/Business and Fashion Merchandising from Philadelphia University.
