Misty Hanks

Misty Hanks has extensive experience in learning design and instructional development, currently serving as a Learning Designer III at Crown Castle since June 2018, focusing on project management and the development of training programs that align with organizational goals. Previously, Misty held the position of Director of Distance Learning and Instructional Design at Morehead State University, where comprehensive curriculum reviews and assessments were conducted to enhance faculty learning initiatives. Earlier roles include working as a New Employee Indoctrination and Training Specialist at EDO, where new employee development strategies and training materials were implemented for junior engineers. Educational qualifications include an Educational Specialist degree in Technology in Education from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's in Educational Leadership from the College of Notre Dame, Maryland, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
