Thom Jay

Thom Jay has over two decades of experience in project management and delivery within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Wholesale Project Delivery at Crown Castle since January 2016, Thom oversees high-profile service delivery projects to ensure timely and specification-compliant customer initiatives. Prior to this role, Thom held various management positions at Lightower Fiber Networks and RCN Metro Optical Networks, where responsibilities included leading carrier project management teams and managing large-scale customer implementations. Thom also gained valuable experience in sales and support roles at several companies, including Nortel Networks and 3Com. Thom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Keene State College.
