James Houlihan

James Houlihan is an experienced data systems professional currently serving as the Energy Data Systems Owner at Crown Commercial Service since March 2014. In this role, James has been instrumental in establishing and managing Azure Infrastructure, enhancing customer experiences, and improving internal processes through the implementation of Power BI reporting and a new electronic Energy Data System. Previously, as Data System Manager, James demonstrated expertise in converting data into actionable insights, managing reporting systems, and collaborating across teams to align system capabilities with business needs. Prior experience includes roles at Direct Line Group as MI Manager/Developer and Team Leader, and at Aviva plc as Claims Manager. James holds a degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
