Mark Devaney

Mark Devaney has over two decades of extensive experience in contract management and business improvement. Since June 2013, Mark has held leadership roles at Crown Commercial Service, including Director of Contract Management and Head of Business Improvement, as well as serving as Senior Commercial Manager. Prior to this, Mark worked at HM Revenue & Customs from May 2002 to June 2013, where roles included Senior Project Manager and Head of Estates, Contract Management & Service Delivery for North England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Earlier career positions included Area Manager at Barclays and Commercial Manager at Marks and Spencer, showcasing a strong background in commercial operations and project management.
