Chelsey Folan is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at The Crown Estate since August 2015, Chelsey has a proven track record of enhancing recruitment processes, stakeholder collaboration, and driving the People Strategy for the organization. Previously held roles include Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinator at The Crown Estate, and Recruitment Business Partner at WilsonHCG, where Chelsey contributed to innovative recruitment solutions. With earlier experience as a Recruitment Consultant at SRG and as a Forensic Examiner at both Orchid Cellmark and LGC, Chelsey possesses a solid background in both the science and HR sectors. Chelsey holds a CIPD Intermediate Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from Coventry University London and a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Science from the University of Central Lancashire.
