Jo Francis

Jo joined The Crown Estate in 2013 and is Head of Operations for The Crown Estate’s billion Regional Retail portfolio.

Jo is responsible for the management of the national retail and leisure portfolio and is focused on driving operational performance, customer service excellence and visitor experiences across all of our regional destinations. From ensuring we are leading the way in sustainability to supporting local people into jobs, Jo is also committed to adding value to the communities in which we operate.

Jo has over 20 years’ experience in mixed use property and operational management, and has worked on developing and managing flagship retail and leisure destinations across the UK.
