Jon Curnow

Jon Curnow is an experienced Senior Programme Manager specializing in sustainability at The Crown Estate since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jon served as the Interim Director of WWF Cymru from March 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing a 15-person team focused on advocacy, communications, operations, and project management. Jon has a strong background in project sponsorship and management, having worked at Network Rail in various capacities, including Programme Sponsor for the HS2 Old Oak Common Area Programme and Project Sponsor for the HS2 Oak Common station project. Earlier experience includes project sponsorship for major station upgrades at Transport for London and management of Bristol Temple Meads station at Network Rail. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Bristol, earned in 2011.
