Lucy Eaton

Lucy joined The Crown Estate in 2018 as Senior Legal Counsel to the Regional Portfolio on secondment from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.

With over ten years’ commercial property law experience advising institutional landlords (predominately operating retail portfolios), she is a specialist in the sector. During her secondment role to our Legal Team she brought her judgment, experience and know-how to bear in shaping our business decisions.

From September 2018, Lucy moved to a permanent new role with us in the Regional Portfolio to help devise, manage and implement a new long-term strategy. This is to actively evolve our activity and operations to respond to the rapidly changing needs of our customers and consumers and best enable us to deliver revenue and capital performance. Integral to this, Lucy is driving business development forwards.

Lucy’s dynamic and commercial style and a commitment to excellence in service delivery and project management, equips her to use this wealth of experience as a former lawyer as the perfect platform to embark on this new and exciting role.

Lucy has BA in History from the University of York, the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course qualifications from BPP Law School.
