Rebecca Williams

Rebecca Williams currently serves as Cyfarwyddwr Cymru / Director Wales at The Crown Estate, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as Assistant Director at the National Trust from January 2020 to September 2022 and Director - Wales at The CLA from April 2015 to January 2020. Further experience includes serving as Private Secretary to the Secretary of State for Wales at the Wales Office from September 2014 to April 2015, and as Head of People Planning and Business Change at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales from May 2013 to August 2014. Rebecca’s career began in the Welsh Government as a Civil Servant from 2003 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Cardiff University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
