Magnolia Pozuelos de Gudiel is a certified consultant with extensive experience in educational and occupational advice, currently working at Career Direct and Crown Financial Ministries since April 2018. As cofounder and executive director of the Zona Cero program, Magnolia has played a pivotal role in promoting tools for wise financial decision-making to eliminate mental and physical poverty since 2004. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Iskender, S.A. and Industrias EGC, as well as administrative support at the Christian Academy of Guatemala. Magnolia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and further certification in consulting from Crown Financial Ministries.
