Phil Scull

Chief Draughtsman/it Manager at Crown Iron Works

Phil Scull has a wealth of experience in the engineering industry. Phil began their career as a Technician Apprentice/Draughtsman at Simon Rosedowns Ltd, where they completed an industry-approved engineering apprenticeship. Phil then moved on to Kramo Ltd, where they worked as a Draughtsman/Project Engineer, specializing in heavy lifting systems. In 1993, they joined Europa Crown Ltd as a Chief Draughtsman/IT Manager, eventually taking over the management of a small design team. Throughout their career, Phil has gained extensive experience in the design and engineering of equipment for the extraction and refining of vegetable oils, as well as the manufacturing and installation of process plant and equipment for the edible oil industry.

Phil Scull attended the Hull College of Higher Education from 1979 to 1983, where they received a HNC degree in Mechanical Engineering. Then, from 1988 to 1989, they attended the Hull School of Architecture, where they obtained another HNC degree, this time in Civil/Structural Engineering.
