Ryan Hartwig is a highly experienced professional in commercial costing and project estimation, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Leader in Commercial Development at Crown Iron Works since February 2023. Previously, Ryan held roles at Biomerics as a Project Estimator for advanced medical devices, and at Phillips-Medisize as a Costing Engineer, focusing on high-value medical device programs. Ryan's experience also includes leadership as the acting president of the Society of Plastic Engineers’ Upper Midwest Chapter, along with positions at Thermotech, Stampings Of Minnesota, and PIRTEK USA, demonstrating a solid background in estimating and managing projects across various industries. Ryan holds dual associate degrees in Business and Social Skills, as well as Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Central Lakes College.
