Legal and Judicial Team

The Legal and Judicial Team at the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) prosecutes criminal cases, investigates sudden or suspicious deaths, and handles complaints against the police. Team members include legal professionals such as solicitors and procurator fiscal deputes, who work together to ensure justice is served in accordance with Scottish law.
