Mike Aves

Mike Aves has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mike most recently served as the Director of Operations at Crown Packaging, starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Executive at Associated Labels & Packaging from February 2020 to November 2020. From January 2016 to February 2020, Mike was the Plant Manager at TC Transcontinental. Mike also held the position of VP Operations at Western Concord from September 2000 to August 2015. Mike's early career included a role as a Production Foreman at Benjamin Moore & Co. from November 1994 to May 2000.

Mike Aves has a diverse education history. Mike attended UBC Sauder School of Business from 2013 to 2019, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2020, they completed a short course at Dale Carnegie Training in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations. In 1996-1997, Mike also attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University, focusing on English and Geography.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Mike has obtained two certifications. In February 2015, they earned a Lean Greenbelt certification from Lean Sensei International. Furthermore, in April 2011, they acquired a Provincial Soccer Coach certification from BC Soccer.
