Shane Fortin

Shane Fortin is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in process improvement and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Process Improvement and Operations at Crown Packaging since June 2025, Shane previously held the position of Director of Manufacturing Operations at PREPAC MANUFACTURING LTD from April 2020 to June 2025. Prior to that role, Shane worked as Operations Manager at Serta Mattress from August 2013 to April 2020, and spent nearly two decades as Plant Manager at Restwell Sleep Products until July 2013. Shane's expertise encompasses optimizing operational efficiencies and leading manufacturing teams.
