Simon Cochrane started their career in 1999 as the Director of Operations for Starbucks Coffee Company in London. Simon managed multiple districts and stores, achieving strong performance in sales and profitability. In 2006, they transitioned to a travel role before joining The Jamie Oliver Group in 2008 as Managing Director. In this role, they successfully launched a new food and retail concept. In 2014, they founded their own company, Simon Cochrane Limited, where they served as Managing Director. In 2022, they joined Crown Partnership as Managing Director.

Simon Cochrane attended Lincoln Tech from 1986 to 1990, where they earned an HND degree in Computer Studies.
