Kristine LealGarcia has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kristine started their career as a Recruitment Officer at M.H. Alshaya Company in 2002, where they were responsible for overseas recruitment and handling communication with recruitment agencies. Kristine then worked at The Sultan Center as a Corporate Recruitment Officer in 2007, where they developed and executed hiring strategies.
