Bhavia Taylor

Bhavia Taylor possesses extensive experience in research, insights, and strategy within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Group General Manager for Crown PlaySafe Programs & Research and previously holding roles such as Group Head of Insights and Strategy and Group Marketing Research Manager at Crown Resorts since October 2013. Prior experience includes managing research, insights, and analytics at Tourism Western Australia from July 2009 to October 2013, and working as a Research Consultant at Synovate from 2006 to 2009. Earlier positions include consultancy roles at The Right Group and the Australian Institute of Management. Bhavia Taylor holds a Postgraduate Honours degree in Marketing Research and a Bachelor of Commerce with specializations in Marketing and Corporate Finance from The University of Western Australia.
