Janelle Toomey

Janelle Toomey currently serves as the Group Head of Creative Services at Crown Resorts since August 2023. Prior to this role, Janelle was the Owner and Co-Founder of OHANA, Bank Street Wood Fired Pizza & Gardens, and Northern Republic from 2011 until July 2024. Janelle also held the position of General Manager at Bastion from August 2021 to August 2023, and served as Business Director at BEST from March 2015 to August 2020, where a focus on consumer-centered and experience design was emphasized. Earlier in the career, Janelle was the Managing Director of SMART at McCann Worldgroup from 2010 to March 2015, leading an award-winning creative advertising agency. Janelle co-founded and acted as Managing Director for illuminati from 2000 to 2010, fostering agency growth and team development. The career began at Mattel, Inc. as a Licensing Product Development Manager from 1998 to 2000. Janelle obtained education from RMIT University between 1990 and 1992.
