Mike Yambao

Mike Yambao is an experienced culinary professional with a comprehensive background in various roles across esteemed hospitality establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Crown Resorts since October 2019, Mike Yambao has played a pivotal role in the management and operations of multiple outlets, including Merrywell Burger Bar and Pétanque Social. Previous experience includes positions as Sous Chef at Amaroo Tavern, Group Executive Chef for Happy Concept Group, and various leadership roles in prominent restaurants and hotels. Mike Yambao's culinary education includes a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery from William Angliss Institute and ongoing studies at RMIT University.
