Nicole Hayes

Nicole Hayes is an experienced professional in the field of educational design and delivery, currently serving as the Learning Design and Delivery Manager at Crown Resorts since November 2020. Prior roles include Learning Design Consultant and Curriculum Development Officer at the same organization, as well as Academic Design Lead at Thinka from October 2019 to August 2020. Nicole's academic background includes a Master of Education from La Trobe University, obtained in 2010, a Graduate Diploma of Teaching with Distinction completed in 2001, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science earned in 2000. Additionally, Nicole contributed to academia as a Lecturer in Educational Psychology at La Trobe University from January 2005 to June 2019.
