Rehana Usuf has been the Group General Manager of Commercial Strategy at Crown Resorts since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading the revenue growth strategy and overseeing the Program Office to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Prior roles within Crown Resorts included Group General Manager of Strategic Engagement, Senior Program Manager of Organisational Transformation, Executive Manager of Risk, Head of Strategic Projects & Engagement, and various marketing positions, contributing significantly to the development and execution of key strategies, including a transformative labour optimisation program that achieved over $100M in cost reductions. Usuf’s extensive experience in marketing, strategic engagement, and organisational transformation has fostered a robust foundation for advancing business objectives within the company.
