Dalton Hughes

Dalton Hughes is an experienced project manager currently at Crown Roofing & Waterproofing since March 2024, having previously served as a construction manager at Domain Homes and as a field superintendent at D.R. Horton. Dalton's career in new home construction also includes a role as field manager II at PulteGroup, where responsibilities included customer care management focusing on warranty and quality assurance. Before entering the construction industry, Dalton played professional baseball as a catcher in the Empire Professional Baseball League. Dalton's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a year of studies at the University of Tampa.
