Diana Alvis, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Crown Roofing & Waterproofing, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR operations across five locations and managing a team of five to support over 500 employees. Additionally, Diana owns Aura Talent, a full-cycle recruiting firm, and has previously held significant HR roles, including Human Resources Director at Health Care Physicians LLC and HR Manager at Maney | Gordon | Zeller, P.A. Diana's experience also includes working as a Quality Assurance Analyst for a Citibank contract and establishing HR departments at The Spice & Tea Exchange. Furthermore, Diana has served as an adjunct instructor for various online human resources courses at Southern New Hampshire University and Harrison College. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Southern Indiana.
