Andrew Lusk

Andrew Lusk has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Andrew is currently serving as the President & Chief Legal Officer at Crown Sterling since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the President of CL Holdings, LLC, starting from April 2015.

From April 2017 to September 2021, Andrew worked as the Senior VP -- Development at Jamison Properties, LP. During this time, they successfully completed the development of the Circa high-rise residential project in downtown Los Angeles and the Kurve high-rise residential project in Koreatown.

From April 2015 to September 2021, Andrew held the position of Senior VP & General Counsel at Wilshire Construction, LP.

Andrew's earlier experience includes working as the Managing Director -- Development at Jamison Services from April 2013 to March 2017 and as an Associate Attorney in Sidley Austin LLP's Corporate and Finance Group from October 2011 to March 2013. In Sidley Austin, they focused on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, and corporate finance, with clients in industries such as renewable energy, clothing apparel, automotive, medical devices, and real estate.

Andrew Lusk attended the University of Southern California from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy. Andrew then pursued further education at New York University School of Law, completing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree between 2008 and 2011.
