Michele Yoshida

Michele Yoshida is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Crown Technical Systems since September 2019, Michele has led day-to-day talent acquisition activities, focusing on strategies to attract and retain talent. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where Michele supported recruitment efforts across multiple regions, and HR Recruiter, responsible for sourcing talent and overseeing various HR functions. Previously, Michele worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. for nearly a decade, ultimately holding the position of Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included employee relations, talent management, and compliance. Michele holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration from Portland State University.
