Paul Krois

Paul Krois is a Senior Consultant in Aviation Safety and Human Factors at Crown Consulting, Inc. since April 2019, specializing in supporting NASA aeronautics through the development of operational concepts for safety management systems. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Federal Aviation Administration, managing the NextGen Human Factors Division and overseeing safety oversight and human factors initiatives. Krois has a long tenure in the field of human factors, beginning with research and management positions at the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society and the FAA. An established academic background includes a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
