Violetta Grinberga is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various construction projects, particularly in multi-family and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Crowne Partners Inc. since March 2022, Violetta focuses on design review, cost estimation, and project team organization. Violetta has held previous project management roles at several reputable firms, including Cambridge Builders & Contractors LLC, AHS Residential, Wood Partners, Rañon, Inc. Construction, Cork-Howard Construction, and McClanathan, Burg & Associates, LLC, managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications effectively.
